Outpatient Specialty Services

Chemotherapy is offered at Morris County Hospital.  Kim Kniebel and Vicki Barrett are trained chemotherapy nurses.

This service is obtained by having your Oncologist contact us to verify the type of Chemotherapy you are receiving is within our scope of practice.

I.V. Therapy is offered at Morris County Hospital.  Trained nursing staff administer the medication in a comfortable setting.  I.V. Therapy enables a patient to avoid an inpatient stay.  This type of treatment is primarily for Infections.

Sleep Studies are offered by physician's order.  Sleep studies require you to sleep at the hospital in a private room while being monitored by a sleep specialist.  A Polysomnogram is a multiple component test that electronically transmits and records specific physical activities while you sleep.  You will be hooked up to equipment that looks uncomfortable.  However most people fall asleep with little difficulty.
