For more than 30 years, the U.S Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has sponsored a network of clinics offering family planning and related preventative health services, regardless of ability to pay.

These clinics deliver a broad range of family planning methods and services to low income, uninsured and under insured individuals for free or at reduced cost.
