Diabetic Support Group

The Diabetic Support Group provides: information, education, resources, incentives, and support to those afflicted by the disease of diabetes. Diabetes is a disease that one lives with daily. Educating oneself and making good choices can help the diabetic maintain a healthy lifestyle with the least amount of complications from their
diabetes.

The Diabetic Support Group meets every third Friday of the month at 1:00 P.M. in the Eberle Conference Room at
Morris County Hospital.
